dc.description.abstract | This study aims to: (1) To analyze the magnitude of the direct influence of Planning Variables on Safety Performance; (2) To analyze the magnitude of the direct influence of Organizational and Personnel Variables on Safety Performance; (3) To analyze the magnitude of the direct influence of the Implementation Variable on Safety Performance; (4) To analyze the magnitude of the direct influence of the Evaluation and Follow-up Variables on Safety Performance; (5) To analyze the direct influence of Management Review and Performance Improvement Variables on Safety Performance; and (6) to determine the magnitude of the direct influence together of the Variables of Planning, Organization and Personnel, Implementation and Evaluation and Follow-up and Management Review and Performance Improvement on Safety Performance.
The method in this study uses quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all employees working at PT Dairi Prima Mineral, Dairi Regency, totaling 127 (one hundred and twenty seven) people with a sample size of half of the total population, namely 64 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression.
The results of this study are: (1) There is a positive influence of the Planning Variable on Safety Performance; (2) There is a positive influence of Organizational and Personnel Variables on Safety Performance; (3) There is a positive influence of Implementation Variables on Safety Performance; (4) There is a negative influence of Evaluation and Follow-up Variables on Safety Performance; (5) There is a positive influence of Management Review and Performance Improvement Variables on Safety Performance; and (6) There is a joint influence of Planning, Organization and Personnel, Implementation and Evaluation and Follow-Up and Management Review and Performance Improvement Variables on Safety Performance by 62.2%, while the remaining 37.8% is influenced by other factors, such as policy preparation, policy review, documentation, preparation of SMKP Minerba manuals, document control and so on. Safety performance is one of the factors in the government's efforts to increase human resources as part of regional development. | en_US |
