Rancang Bangun Sistem Monitoring Konsentrasi Oksigen Terlarut pada Budidaya Ikan Kolam Air Deras Berbasis Internet of Things (IoT)
Abstract
Data acquisition for measurement and monitoring of dissolved oxygen levels in fast-water pond fish farming based on the Internet of Things (IoT) has been carried out using a DO sensor based on the Arduino UNO microcontroller. The tools and materials used are tarpaulin pond containers for fish farming, laptops, Arduino UNO, LCD, ESP8266, PH sensors, Turbididity sensors, discharge sensors, Temperature sensors and DO sensors. The working principle of this research is when the DO sensors is inserted into the fish pound water, the dissolved oxygen level data will be detected by the DO sensor which is connected to the Arduino UNO. Arduino UNO processes and sends data which is then displayed on an LCD in the from of numbers with parameters mg/L and ESP8266 which are sent to the user’s smartphonein graphical form. The results of measuring the average dissolved oxygen level in still water pools are in the range of 21 mg/L to 25 mg/L in sunny conditions without using a water pump, the results of measuring the average dissolved oxygen level are in the range of 26 mg/L to 30 mg/L in a heavy water water pool using a pump.
