Analisis Pesan Moral dan Pesan Religius dalam Surah Luqman: Hak dan Kewajiban Anak
Abstract
This research discusses the moral and religious messages in surah Luqman concerning the rights and obligations of children. The research objective is to ascertain the moral and religious messages regarding the rights and obligations of children in surah Luqman. The research aims to determine the moral and religious messages regarding the rights and obligations of children in surah Luqman, using Nurgiyantoro's theory of morals and religious messages, as well as Tyas' theory on the rights and obligations of children. This study is a library research. The data was collected using the observation method and note-taking technique. Subsequently, the data was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis method. The data in this study consists of moral and religious messages, and the data source is the Quran in surah Luqman. The research findings indicate that surah Luqman contains moral and religious messages regarding the rights and obligations of children. The moral messages include the prohibition of being arrogant, the command to maintain good manners and respect towards others, and the command to honor one's parents. The moral messages regarding the rights and obligations of children in Surah Luqman can be found in verses 14, 18, and 19. Then, the religious messages found in Surah Luqman include being grateful to Allah SWT, the prohibition of associating partners with Allah SWT, and being patient in facing trials. The religious messages regarding the rights and obligations of children in Surah Luqman can be found in verses 12, 13, 15, 16, and 17. Furthermore, the conclusion of this study is that Surah Luqman primarily focuses on explaining the rights and obligations of children, as it contains numerous conversations between Luqman and his son regarding advice on goodness. Surah Luqman is more focused on explaining this matter compared to other surahs found in the Qur'an.
