    Abstract
    Earthquake detection technology in Indonesia still relies on human power as operators, and various obstacles are encountered in collecting data on earthquakes that have occurred. The data transmission speed of the earthquake detection system is important to develop, considering that earthquakes in Indonesia occur frequently and very quickly. The system structure consists of a vibration sensor, accelerometer, and the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller, and is based on the Internet of Thing (IoT) on the Blynk application. The vibration sensor is used to determine how much vibration there is in the area around the ADC output and is converted into a voltage. The working system of this tool is a system of conducting vibrations that occur during an earthquake. This system serves to see the presence of an earthquake and the absence of an earthquake. The blynk application checks if the internet connection is connected. If not connected then the system fails to run. The first takes data from the SW18010P vibration sensor and the MPU6050 accelerometer that occurs when there is vibration. If an earthquake occurs, the buzzer will sound, then sensor data will be displayed on the LCD and appear on the blynk application on cellphones and the web. And measurement returns measure in realtime. This measurement shows the measurement of vibration changes that occur. The roll value in a stable state is 10 and the roll value in an earthquake is 67. It can be concluded that this tool has worked properly and can be used.
