Research has made a design for measuring voltage and current in a mini solar panel study lamp system with an IoT-based TP4056 charger module. This device consists of a voltage sensor, TP4056 charger module, and nodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller, and is based on IoT (Internet of Things) on the BLYNK application. The BLYNK application checks the internet connection whether it is connected or not. If it is connected then the system can run, otherwise if not then the system cannot run. In this study the authors made an efficient and energy-saving study lamp with a capacity of 5 watts. This research utilizes the TP4056 charger module to supply power from the solar panel to the battery so that realtime charging occurs to the battery. The measurement results show that the battery is charged from the solar panel which is placed to be exposed to the sun so that it gets the maximum voltage. The maximum voltage result on the panel test is 6.19 Volts. The test results were carried out on the use of learning lamps. The result of the maximum voltage on the system is 10.42 Volts. Use for study lamps for 1 hour, the battery will decrease when used. From the results of measuring the comparison of the output voltage value from the battery with the voltmeter measurement and the multimeter comparison, it is obtained that the average percent error in the above measurement is 0.80%.
