Analisis Sistem Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis Berbasis Website Dinas Perhubungan Kota Medan Metode PIECES Framework

Abstract

The basic analysis method (PIECES) is a method used to obtain more specific key points. The aim of this research is to determine the website-based dynamic archive system at Medan City Transportation Agency which uses the PIECES framework. This is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study describe descriptively a dynamic archive management system based on a website using the PIECES framework. The performance of ·a dynamic archive website is seen from the level of reliability of a system to process and analyze data to produce information. The Medan City Transportation Agency's website-based dynamic archive management system has given a good impact on website users. The economics of archive management systems have not helped in terms of saving costs on books and paper. Control of the dynamic records management system has been carried out well. Overall efficiency is seen to be good, but supporting equipment is still lacking and requires a scan feature on the website, and a scan tool. The services provided are able to meet user satisfaction. The conelusion of this study is that ha ing a dynamic archive management website makes it easier for Medan City Transportation Agency staff workers to manage their dynamic archives.
