Analisis Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Profitabilitas dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bei) dan Bursa Malaysia Periode 2013-2021

Abstract

The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Profitability that consists of Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) that consist of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Board of Directors, Audit Committee on Stock Price in Property and Real Estate in Indonesia and Malaysia. The Population was 178 companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Malaysia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013 – 2021, and 21 of them were used as samples. The data were analyzed by using Panel Data Regression. The results of the research showed that partially, in property and real estate companies in Indonesia and Malaysia the variable of Return On Equity and Institutional ownership had a positive and significant influence on Stock Price, whereas the variable of Corporate Social Responsibility, Return On Asset, Net Profit Margin, Managerial Ownership, Board Of Directors and Audit Committee had insignificant influence on Stock Price.
