The purpose of this research is to see the effect of work-life balance on turnover intention among Generation Z employees in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods and uses a Likert scale as a data collection method. The population of this study consists of Generation Z employees within an organization in Indonesia. This study involved 350 subjects and the sample was determined by non-probability sampling. The analytical method used in this study is a simple regression analysis method, which yields the following results: (1) Work-life balance has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. (2) Work-Life Balance has an effect of 47.4% on turnover intention. This study reveals that the main hypothesis in this study is accepted, indicating work-life balance affects turnover intention.
