The conclusion obtained from this research is that it was found that the number of Insyā' Ṭalabī Amr in the form of fi'il amr is more than the Insyā' Ṭalabī Amr in the form of fi'l al-muḍāri’ al maqrūnu bi lām amr and the essential meaning is more than the meaning that comes out of the essential meaning in the two surahs. The meaning of amr found in these two surahs not only has the essential meaning, but there are also several meanings of amr that depart from the essential meaning, namely the meaning of making, weakening, harassing, begging, guiding and giving favors. This is caused by the influence of conditions, context and sentence structure.
