Pengaruh Penilaian Audit Terhadap Produktivitas Kinerja Kerja Karyawan di Bank BTPN KC Medan

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to find out how the influence of audit assessment on the work performance productivity of employees at Bank BTPN KC Medan. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Sources of data from this study were obtained through interviews from companies at the internship site as well as interviews during the interview. The results of this study want to show that the effect of audit assessment on the productivity of employee work performance at Bank BTPN KC Medan has been going well, both in terms of the quality and quantity of employees in doing work and have followed SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) in a company.
