dc.description.abstractSuperior and non-superior schools are labels obtained by schools from the community, superior schools are seen as schools that can regulate student behavior, while schools that are not superior are seen as incapable of regulating student behavior. Student behavior seen in this study is bullying behavior which is divided into three types, there are direct physical attacks, direct verbal attacks, and indirect or social attacks. The purpose of this research is to compare the types of bullying behavior that are accepted by superior and non-superior high school students. This research is a comparative research with 1.153 respondents from 24 schools in the city of Medan which are divided into two labels there are superior and non-superior schools. Researchers used One-Way Anova to analyze research data. The results of the analysis showed that there were no differences in the types of bullying behavior in superior and non-superior schools. the difference only appears in the type of direct physical attack, whereas there is no difference in the type of direct verbal attack and indirect or social attack. Direct verbal attack was the most common type of bullying across the two school labels.en_US
