Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Kamar Kost di Sekitar Jalan Sering Berbasis Website

Abstract

Kost Hita is a website that provides boarding house rental services based around Jalan Sering. At this time, boarding houses are urgently needed by people who live outside their own area/city. The people referred to here are like overseas students from an area. Because they don't have family in the area they are targeting, because of that, the students rent a boarding room. The boarding room itself has several facilities, such as electricity, wardrobe, bathroom, mattress. However, not all boarding houses have the same facilities as other boarding houses. Even in the same 1 boarding house, it can have different rental prices, due to the facilities it has. To make it easier to make rentals, we need the latest technology in the field of information systems so that it is easy to access, namely the Website. The purpose of this design is to build an information system for boarding houses & boarding houses facilities and infrastructure for tenants on a web-based basis. This website is expected to be an alternative in getting information. The result of the system design in the preparation of this Final Project is a website, where there are some notes to fill in tenant data. After testing, it can be concluded that functionally this application system has been able to produce the expected output.
