Work facilities that suit the needs of workers are a major factor in minimizing complaints in workers. This study aims to determine the level of fatigue in workers on the production floor that causes complaints of pain in workers and assess the risk of rubber lifting workers and propose ergonomic work facilities. PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) giting nest rubber processing plant is a company that produces Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS). The work stations in this company consist of processing stations, smoke chamber stations, and sorting stations. Rubber transportation at the sorting station is done with an unnatural posture. Workers lifted rubber manually with a load of 33.3 kg which was 5 meters away with a hunched posture. The object of this research is all workers on the production floor totaling 30 people as well as activities on workers at the sorting station of the printing section. The analysis method used to measure physical workload using the cardiovascular load (CVL) method. The results showed that the greatest physical workload at the sorting station was worker 7, worker 11, and worker 12 with a cardiovascular load percentage value of 60.550%, 60.090% and 60.82%, this was due to the work done manually starting from cutting the rubber sheets, folding the rubber onto the molding table, and lifting the rubber onto the weighing table. The work elements carried out in the molding section obtained the results of complaints with the highest percentage of complaints in the upper neck, lower neck, left upper arm, back, right upper arm, waist, left elbow, right elbow, left forearm, right forearm, left wrist, right wrist, left hand, right hand, left foot, and right foot with a percentage of 100% resulting from non-ergonomic work postures. Work posture assessment on rubber lifting obtained a high risk level with a score of 10 so that immediate action is needed. The proposed improvements made in this study are to design a rubber transportation trolly using anthropometry in accordance with the dimensions of the worker's body
