Analisis dan Implementasi Desain Antarmuka Pengguna pada Aplikasi Zoom dengan Pendekatan Desain Visual dan Pengalaman Pengguna

Abstract

In the increasingly digital era, video conferencing platforms such as Zoom meetings have become indispensable tools for remote working and online meetings. However, with the rapid increase in the number of platform users, the need for a user-friendly and visually appealing user interface is increasing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze and implement the user interface design of the Zoom application from the perspective of visual design and user experience. This research uses a visual design and user experience approach to improve the user interface of the Zoom application. In the increasingly popular context of remote working and online meetings, the need for easy-to-use and visually appealing interfaces has become increasingly important. The main objective of this research is to identify the limitations and shortcomings of the current Zoom interface and provide solutions through a visual design approach. Through analysis of user data, literature review, and implementation of design prototypes, this study was successful in increasing user usability and satisfaction. It is important to continuously update the user interface design according to technological developments and user needs.
