    Abstract
    Crystalline glucose is an alternative sweetener for food and beverages, odorless and colorless but has a strong sweet taste. Crystalline glucose has high commercial value because it is widely applied as a raw material for the food industry, where crystalline glucose is used as a sweetener in soda drinks. , jam and candy. The need for crystalline glucose in Indonesia increases every year, this is due to the rapid development of the food industry. However, the increase in demand is not matched by an increase in glucose production so that it does not meet domestic needs. So to meet domestic needs, imports must be made from various countries. Therefore, the establishment of a crystalline glucose factory has a huge opportunity to meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets. The pre-designed factory for the production of crystalline glucose from the raw material of Coffee Peel is planned to have a production capacity of 30.000 tons/year and operate for 330 days a year. The pre-designed factory is planned to be built in Tebing Tinggi District, Empat Lawang Regency, South Sumatra with an area of 18.776 m2. the required workforce is 155 people. The planned form of business entity is a Limited Liability Company (PT) with a line and staff organizational structure. The results of the analysis of the economic aspects of the pre-designed factory for the production of crystalline glucose from coffee husks using hydrochloric acid with a production capacity of 30.000 tons/year are as follows. k. Total Investment Capital = Rp. 657.151.251.553 l. Total Production Cost = Rp. 385.996.987.412 m. Sales Proceeds = Rp.585.748.310.400 n. Net Profit = Rp.139.181.796.461 o. Profit Margin (PM) = 21,179 % p. Break Even Point (BEP) = 33,047 % q. Return on Investment (ROI) = 21,179 % r. Pay Out Time (POT) = 4,72 tahun s. Return on Network (RON) = 35,299 % t. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 20,742 % Based on the results of the analysis of the economic aspect, it can be concluded that the Factory for Manufacture of Crystal Glucose from Coffee husks with Hydrochloric Acid Process with a Production Capacity of 30.000 Tons/Year is feasible to establish.
