    Abstract
    Catfish is a superior commodity in the fisheries sector because it is easy to cultivate, can be maintained with high stocking densities in limited land and saves water. To obtain superior male fish seeds, male breeding can be carried out or also known as sex reversal, as a technology that reverses the direction of sexual development to the opposite. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of administering the dose and duration of immersion in Brahman cattle (Bos indicus) testicular flour on changes in the sex of Sangkuriang catfish (Clarias Gariepinus). This research was carried out in March – May 2023. The method used in this research was a Randomized Group Design (RAK). Factorial with 2 Factors and 3 Replications. The first factor is the treatment dose of cow testicle flour solution with 3 levels, namely yaitu L1 (50 ppm), L2 (60 ppm), L3 (70 ppm) and the second factor is the soaking time with three levels namely (T1) 12 hours (T2) 18 hours (T3) 24 hours. The research was carried out during the 60 day rearing period to determine the percentage of male catfish, length growth, weight gain, feed conversion ratio, survival and water quality. The results showed that there was a very significantly different effect (P≤0.01) on the percentage of male sex in catfish and showed an insignificant effect (P≥0.05) on length growth and showed a significantly different effect (P≤0.05). ) on increasing weight. The Feed Conversion Rate treatment showed a very significantly different effect (P≤0.01) from the best treatment L3T3 and the survival rate was classified as having a significantly different survival rate (P≤0.05), namely 93.3%
