dc.description.abstractPT. Qims Intrasindo is one of the companies engaged in consulting and training for system improvement and organizational management and currently PT. Qims Intrasindo provides consulting and training services in the field of Systems, namely: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and in the field of management, namely: 5 S, BSC, human capital management and development of soft skills. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of reward and punishment on employee productivity at PT. Qims Intrasindo for the dependent variable in this study is employee productivity (Y) while for the independent variables are reward (X1) and punishment (X2). The respondents used were employees of PT. Qims Intrasindo with 16 employees as respondents. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods. The data analysis method is the multiple linear regression method using the SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed that reward had a positive effect on significance and punishment also had a positive effect on employee productivity at PT. Qims Intrasindo.en_US
