Pengaruh Pemberian Pakan dan Induk yang Berbeda terhadap Fertilisasi pada Ikan Nila (Oreochromis nilotichus)
Abstract
Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) is a type of freshwater fish that can be cultivated. Efforts to increase aquaculture production, especially fish rearing. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of providing different feeds on the fertilization of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) broodstock and to determine the ratio of different broodstock on fertilization of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). This research used a Randomized Group Design (RAK) with 3 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment used in this research was the provision of different types of protein feed and parent fish, namely P1 (25% Protein Feed), P2 (30% Protein Feed) and P3 (35% Protein Feed) with a comparison of parent fish I1 (1 male: 2 Female), I2 (1 Male : 3 Females) and I3 (1 Male : 4 Females). This research was conducted for 60 days to determine, length increase, weight increase, feed conversion ratio (FCR), survival rate, water quality, hatching rate and fertilization rate (FR). The results of the research showed that giving different protein feeds and different broodstock, giving different protein feeds showed that there was no significant effect on the fertilization of the tilapia broodstock and the effect of different ratios of broodfish showed different results on the fertilization of the tilapia broodstock (Oreochromis nilotichus).
