Analysis is an activity that consists of a series of activities such as, parsing, distinguishing, sorting something to be regrouped according to certain criteria and then looking for connections and then interpreting their meaning. The method used is the experimental research method, namely conducting a literature study and then proceeding with data collection and processing by testing variations in rotation on a pulley diameter of 8 inches, 10 inches, and 12 inches. The results showed that the variation of pulley diameter 8 produced the highest KEA of 178.93 kg/hour with a rotation of 780 rpm. The highest torque value is the pulley with a diameter of 12 inches with a torque of 5.14 N.m. The highest average fuel consumption value is the 12-inch pulley diameter variation which is 0.756 l / hour. The average yield value of the highest shredding results in a pulley variation of 8 by 52%, and the average value of the percentage of material left in the tool is highest in the 12-inch pulley variation which is 48%, and the highest missing percentage was at 19.67%
