dc.description.abstractDetermination of the iodine value and acid value of fatty acids is carried out to see the unsaturation of the fatty acids and the acid value aims to determine the amount of free fatty acids in the sample to be analyzed. Iodine value analysis was carried out using the Wijs method obtained at the highest iodine value of 0.63 mgI2/100gr where the iodine value obtained met the standards at PT.SOCI MAS with an iodine value of less than 1, and acid value analysis was carried out using the titration method The alkalimetry was obtained at an acid value of 0.51 mg KOH/gr where the acid value obtained met the standards at PT.SOCI MAS with an acid value of 248-254 mg KOH/gr.en_US
