Abstract
Soybeans are one of the vegetable elements that have high nutritional value from several other types of legume plants. Soybeans are food that is easily available at a relatively cheap price and can be consumed by all groups. This makes soybeans very potential to be made into economically valuable products such as milk powder.
This soybean milk powder plant is planned to produce with a raw material capacity of 17,000 tons/year and operate for 300 days a year. The plant is located in Lengkong District, Nganjuk Regency, East Java Province. The land area required for the establishment of the plant is 15,774 m2. The required workforce is 200 people with the form of a Limited Liability Company (PT) with a line and staff organization system.
The results of the economic analysis of the Pre-Designed Milk Powder Plant from Soy Beans are as follows.

Total Production Cost = Rp. 2.304.104.428.647,630
Sales = Rp. 2.641.995.431.135,700
Net Profit = Rp. 235.396.083.232,937
Profit Margin = 12,725 %
Break Even Point = 32,613 %
Return on Investment = 25,741 %
Pay Out Time = 3,885 years
Return on Network = 42,901 %
Internal Rate of Return = 27,264 %
Based on the results of the economic aspect analysis, it can be concluded that the "Milk Powder Plant from Soy Beans with a Raw Material Capacity of 17,000 tons/year" is feasible to establish.
