Analisis Kadar Nitrit (NO2-) Terhadap Mutu Air Tanah Kabupaten Simalungun Menggunakan Metode Spektrofotometri UV-Vis

Abstract

Analysis of Nitrite (NO2-) on groundwater samples in the Simalungun Regency area has been carried out. This study aims to determine the levels of Nitrite (NO2-) contained in groundwater which will then be compared with the quality standards for clean water quality according to PERMENKES RI No. 32 of 2017. The method used is a UV-Vis Spectrophotometer with a wavelength of 543 nm and measurement results are expressed in units of mg/L. The results showed that the Nitrite content of the ten test samples in groundwater in Simalungun Regency was 0.056 mg/L; 0.056mg/L; 0.031mg/L; 0.0001mg/L; 0.0001mg/L; 0.0001mg/L; 0.0001mg/L; 0.0001mg/L; 0.0001mg/L; 0.0001mg/L. The results of this analysis show that the Nitrite content in groundwater in the Simalungun Regency area still meets the quality standards for clean water according to PERMENKES RI No. 32 of 2017, namely the maximum level is 400 mg/L.
