Penentuan Prioritas Pemasok Kopi Menggunakan Metode Weighted Agregate Sum Product Assesment di PT Wahana Graha Makmur

Abstract

PT Wahana Graha Makmur is a company engaged in the plantation and processing of plantation products located in Sidikalang, Dairi. The research object examined in this study is a coffee supplier whose coffee will be produced by PT Wahana Graha Makmur. In the current era of competition, the selection of suppliers plays an important role in the ongoing activities of a company in order to compete. In this case, the company needs to work with suppliers to continue its company activities. The purpose of this research is to determine the priority of coffee suppliers and assess the performance of each supplier. This study used a decision support system using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment method and obtained the results with the highest Qi value, namely supplier M. Silitonga with a Qi value of 0,945496412 with the highest priorities for coffee suppliers at PT Wahana Grała Marmur.
