    Abstract
PT. ABC is one of the manufacturers of rubber sandals located in the city of Medan. Rubber sandals are one of the results of natural rubber processing that can be directly used by humans. In the production process, PT. ABC not only produces positive impacts in the form of sandals and jobs but also produces negative impacts such as emissions in the form of methane gas (CH4) and carbon gas (CO) which have the potential to increase the greenhouse effect, and liquid waste. PT. ABC has not carried out monitoring to quantify the amount of production, emissions, and liquid waste produced. Therefore, decision support tools are needed using a dynamic system to model the production process of rubber sandals and to quantify the amount of rubber sandals, emissions and liquid waste produced by PT. ABC so as to optimize the production of rubber sandals and reduce emissions, and liquid waste to support the green industry. Modeling is done with Powersim software and performs 2 scenarios where the first scenario is the addition of raw materials and the second scenario is the transfer of workers. From the two scenarios, the first scenario was chosen because it can increase production and reduce waste and emissions. And validation is carried out by calculating MAPE. The MAPE value of sandal production is 3.34%. The emission MAPE value is 4.42%. The MAPE value of liquid waste is 3.37%. Because all MAPE values from the simulation results are <5%, it can be said that the model is very precise and acceptable (valid).
