3D printing technology is one of the additive manufacturing processes that is starting to be widely used in Indonesia today. This technology's ability to create various forms of design into three-dimensional visuals makes it one of the most popular technologies in the world of engineering. The quality produced by 3D printing depends on the type of filament and careful selection of process variables. In recent years, a lot of research has been carried out in an effort to explore various ways to improve the quality of printouts from 3D printers with a variety of parameter optimization and experimental design concepts. This study aims to improve the quality of extrusion-type 3D printer prints with Anet A8 brand FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology using PLA+ filaments which have slightly better strength than standard PLA filaments which are widely used in general. The expected quality of the print results includes tensile strength, surface roughness, dimensional accuracy and print time. By selecting the optimum process parameter settings for print quality using the Taguchi and PCR-TOPSIS methods with three process parameter factors which include line width, initial line height, and fan speed which are also adjusted to the characteristics of the PLA+ filament, an optimum setting is obtained with a line width of 0,3 mm, initial line height 0.1 mm, and 20% fan speed.
