dc.description.abstract | North Sumatra is blessed with natural resource potential in the form of fertile land. This results in large coffee production in North Sumatra to the point of excess. With the increase in coffee production in North Sumatra, there is an excess supply of coffee, making it possible for coffee exporters to export coffee from North Sumatra. In exporting coffee commodities, exporters must face various regulations to export coffee commodities so that coffee is a product whose export procedures are regulated. Through Minister of Trade Regulation No. 19 of 2021 concerning export regulations, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia enforces this regulation by making coffee a free export item with the aim of stimulating the growth of coffee exports in Indonesia so that it is hoped that it can also support the economy in Indonesia through the coffee commodity export sector. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. which can produce descriptive data in the form of words or verbally from the behavior of the people to be observed, for example behavior, perceptions, motivation, actions and so on. Qualitative research is intended as a problem solving procedure that is investigated by describing or depicting the current state of a subject or research object based on facts that appear as they really are. Minister of Trade Regulation No.19 of 2021 as a derivative of the Job Creation Law with the idea of providing ease of regulation with the aim of stimulating the growth of coffee commodity exporters in North Sumatra does not have a major impact on exporters in North Sumatra, including: Coffee farmers, Coffee intermediaries, New coffee exporters, coffee exporters who already exist in exporting. | en_US |
