    Perancangan Model Simulasi Perencanaan Bahan Baku Tiang Listrik Beton pada PT. Sumbetri Megah dengan Model Sistem Dinamis

    Abstract
    PT. SUMBETRI MEGAH is a company engaged in the construction sector that produces construction products such as concrete electricity poles, judit, and others. This company requires six raw materials needed in producing concrete electric gutters, each raw material comes from a different supplier and a different delivery area. Often the delivery of raw materials experiences delays caused by the weather, causing delays in the completion of production, besides that, some raw materials are often stored for long periods of time and are not supposed to cause shrinkage. The design of the simulation model using the dynamic system method begins with the creation of a conceptual model, namelyrich picture andcausal loop diagram that the child simulated withsoftware Powersim. The designed simulation model has been verified by checking whether there are still logic errors or errors in the modelerror. The next model validation was carried out after passing verification with the MAPE test which showed results of 3.87% for used cement, 3.10% for used sand, 4.17% for used crushed stone, 3.8% for used nail wire. , 4.44% for the need for used concrete wire and 2.37% for the need for used PC Wire. All of these results meet the MAPE criteria <5% which means that the simulation model is included in the Very Precise criteria, so that it can be said that the simulation model is valid. Experimental simulations were carried out with three scenarios for the next 5 years. Companies can choose scenario I or scenario II for the amountinventory optimal.
