dc.description.abstractSoybeans is one of material food that has sufficient protein content tall that is by 35-40%. Peanut soya bean own content isoflavones which are one of the stu phytochemicals play a role as antioxidant For catch radical free . Therefore besides For replace The role of cow's milk in sufferers lactose intolerance , soybeans are also very good . Pre-planning factory making soyghurt from soybeans This own capacity processing material standard namely 185 tons/ year soybeans with product as much as 3340 tons/ year and will operate for 330 days in One year . The main process in pre-design factory This shared become three stage that is stage preparation and pretreatment material standard, stage making soy milk and fermentation soyghurt. At stage fermentation used fermenter with temperature 50℃ with the long fermentation process is 10 hours . Task specifically completed is design Fermenter technical details . Selected fermenter is batches with specification results planning as following : Specification Type Size Head Torispherical Flanged & Dished Head Mixer Flat 6 Blade turbine impeller Head thickness 0.25 in Reactor Height 4.65m Reactor Thickness 0.25 in Mixer Speed 40 rpm Reactor Diameter 3.35m Stirring Power 6 hp Factory making Soyghurt from peanut soya bean with the fermentation process planned established in Brongsong sub-district, Kendal Regency, Central Java. The land area required is 10,331 m 2 . Utility water requirements factory will supplied from river waridin as much as 760.1976 kg/hour. Form organization company planned is a Limited Liability Company (PT) with total number of employees as many as 100 people. Analysis results calculation factory economics making soyghurt from soybeans is as following : 1. Capital Investment (CI) : Rp 68,168,465,857.37 2. Total Cost (TC) : Rp 62,912,201,669.21 3. Profit Margin (PM) : 39.63% 4. Break Even Point (BEP) : 51.13% 5. BEP point capacity : 1738.49 tons 6. Return On Investment (ROI) : 28.92% 7. Pay Out Time (POT) : 3 year 6 month 8. Return On Network (RON) : 48.2% 9. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) : 26.57% Based on results from analysis calculation the economy has done can concluded that factory making soyghurt from peanut soya bean with capacity 185 tons/ year material standard This worthy of being established .en_US
