Evaluasi Program Jaminan Hari Tua Bagi Peserta Badan Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pematang Siantar
Abstract
The Old Age Security Program (JHT) can be taken in the form of cash benefits when an employee resigns from the company, gets laid off, retires at retirement age, stops working, has severe physical disability or dies. So, the Old Age Security (JHT) cannot be claimed if the employee is still active. Work. Based on the results of observations, a number of problems were found, such as the slow disbursement of claims funds that were not in accordance with established policies and a lack of knowledge about the benefits of the old age security program. Based on the background above, the research objective is to find out and describe in detail the evaluation of the old age security program for participants of the Employment Social Security Organizing Agency, Pematang Siantar branch. The research method used is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively with the Dunn Model evaluation theory approach which included the criteria of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, adequacy, responsiveness, and accuracy. The results showed that the evaluation of the old-age security program for the implementing agency of the Pematang Siantar branch of the social security program, namely the old-age security program, is able to help the workforce if the workers experience stop working, are totally disabled, and die or become funds when they are old. In implementing the old-age program, there are still obstacles regarding the old-age security program that they offer, how to claim, and there are also some workers who register because they are directly paid for and a 2% salary deduction from the company
