Evaluasi Program Corporate Social Responsibility PT PLN Sumatera Utara: Bengkel Sampah terhadap Masyarakat Desa Lembah Lubuk Raya Kecamatan Angkola Barat Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan
Abstract
Indonesia is a country that has the 4th largest population in the world, namely 264 million people. The large population has an effect on the amount of waste produced. The higher the population, the greater the amount of waste generated. This creates a problem. In solving this problem, the garbage workshop or what is often called the garbage bank is present as a container that can solve the waste problems that the community is currently experiencing. The focus of the aim of this research is to find out what can be improved in the garbage workshop program in Lembah Lubuk Raya Village. Through research that focuses on evaluation efforts with theories that focus on evaluating the context, input, processes and results of the garbage workshop program to find out what can be improved in the garbage workshop program for the people of the Lembah Lubuk Raya. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the program is running well, because the program being implemented has been able to change the environmental care behavior of the people in Lembah Lubuk Raya Village. However, on the other hand, it is still necessary to improve the quality of program services and provide facilities to increase the value and benefits of the program.
