dc.description.abstract | PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina is a company engaged in the plantation and processing of oil palm. Palm oil is one of the commodities of plantation products that have a significant role in economic activities in Indonesia. The lack of production in the company is influenced by the supply of raw materials. The purpose of this research is to see the amount of palm oil production. The simulation model is designed with a dynamic system that begins with the formation of a rich picture diagram and causal loop diagram. The simulation model designed has been verified by seeing if the model has a disturbance. Model validation is also carried out with the MAPE test showing the results of 4.64%, which means that the MAPE value meets the criteria for the MAPE test results <5%, which in its category includes very precise and acceptable (valid). Simulation modeling is done with anylogic software and uses two experimental simulations. The first scenario is about adding machine units and the second scenario is about increasing the amount of raw material supply per day. The first scenario can increase palm oil production by adding three units of machinery while for the second scenario, the amount of raw materials is increased so that palm oil production can increase. | en_US |
