Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Caring Perawat dalam Praktik Keperawatan Literature Review
Abstract
Caring behavior is the core in nursing practice. It is a very dynamic technique when nurses work attentively on their patients. Caring behavior is a basis of nursing skill It is someone's attitude and life experience when it comes in contact with the patients and it is expressed through a real nursing action and behavior. There are many factors that can influence the nurses' caring behavior in nursing practice The research aims to identify the factors affecting the nurses' caring behavior in nursing practice. This research employs Literature Review method conducted by collecting the data from the research articles database of Ebsco, Proquest, and Pubmed published from 2013-2023. The articles obtained are determined based on selection result and keywords which consists of 7 articles from national and international journal. I article with qualitative desigit, and 6 articles with cross- sectional design. Based on the review result of the 7 articles, it indicates that the average nurses' caring behavior is at 73.2%, where each article states the nurses' caring behavior in different ways. 7 factors affecting the nurses caring behavior in nursing practice are namely, education level, sex and age, work experience, job satisfaction, workload, mursing management, and collaboration between medical staffs. Those factors are important to be considered by the nurses in supporting the patient treatment. It is suggested that nursing educators can educate the nurse candidates to apply caring behavior, and the nurses are suggested to understand about the caring behavior and keep doing it during the nursing practice by maintaining those factors above. In addition, it is suggested that researchers of nursing field develop a research about factors affecting the marses' caring behavior in nursing practice.
