dc.description.abstractThe quality test of the active ingredients of chlorpyrifos and cypermethrin pes-ticides has been carried out using Gas Chromatography where the sample used is the finished product of the pesticide. Conducted to determine the tolerance limit recom-mended by the agricultural government regulations regarding the tolerance limit for pesticide quality test results. This is done to avoid excessive use of pesticides so as to cause a more dangerous impact on the people who use these pesticides. From this experiment it was known how many levels of active ingredients were in the pesticide product, with the sample used being an organophosphate insecticide class of pesticides namely Dursban 200EC with the active ingredient Chlorpyrifos, Sangit 50EC with the active ingredient Cypermethrin. The quality test results obtained at the levels of the active ingredient chlorpyrifos were 208.0385 g/L, cypermethrin was 50.0035 g/Len_US
