| dc.description.abstract | This research reviews the factors that influence farmer satisfaction in purchasing PPKS oil palm seeds. This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price fairness, promotion and service, as well as ease of obtaining PPKS palm oil seed products on farmer satisfaction. This type of research is causal research with non-probability sampling. Primary data was obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires from 96 respondents. Responses in the study were recorded using a Likert scale of 1 to 5. In this study, descriptive analysis and classical assumption tests were carried out. Apart from that, multiple linear regression analysis was also carried out which included the F test and t test to test the independent variables against the dependent variable. The research results show that product quality, promotion and service, as well as ease of obtaining products have a positive and significant influence on farmer satisfaction. However, price fairness has a positive but not significant influence on farmer satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test, together the independent variables, product quality, price fairness, promotion and service, and ease of obtaining products simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on farmer satisfaction. | en_US |
