dc.description.abstract | Health problems, especially clean and healthy living behavior in school-age children need attention from the school. Attention to this problem can be conducted by a clean and healthy lifestyle program in schools. This study aims to determine the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior in eleme11ta 1y school children in Pa/uh Sibaji Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriplive design to determine lhe frequency and percentage. The populalion in lhis study is elementary school children wilh an age range of 8-10 years and the sample is 35 children. The sample is taken by accidental sampling technique. This study finds that students have not fully washed their hands with nmning water and soap, students have not fully consumed healthy snacks at school, students have used healthy and clean latrines at school, students have exercised regularly, shuients have eradicated mosquito larvae at school, students do not smoke at school, students have not completely disposed of trash in its place, and students have ,wt fully weighed and measured their height every 6 months. Teachers and parents are expected to be more concerned and pay alfention to children's clean and healthy living behavior to avoid disease | en_US |
