    Perancangan Alat Deteksi Air Terkontaminasi Tembaga (Cu) Berbasis Laser Dioda Merah dan Sensor LDR (Light Dependent Resistor)

    Abstract
    The manufacture of copper contaminated water detection system (Cu) using Red Diode Laser and LDR has been done. This measuring instrument consists of 2 systems, namely optical systems and electronic systems. Optical system that is in the form of red diode laser, kuvet as sample place and LDR as light sensor. While the electronic system includes a series of ADC (Analog to Digital Converter), Arduino 328 Microcontroller, and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). Samples used are aquades that have been contaminated with copper (Cu) with variation of copper content (Cu): 1 ppm, 2 ppm, 3 ppm, and 4 ppm. The result of characterization of LDR sensor in this study shows the transfer function, y =0.002x + 2.401and its input output relationship is very strong with the correlation coefficient r = 0.95078; sensor sensitivity of 0.002 volts / lux; 96.5% ripitability; and saturation at light intensity input value> 550 lux. The successful implementation of detection equipment in Cu contaminated water is 95%.
     
    Pembuatan sistem deteksi air terkontaminasi tembaga (Cu) dengan menggunakan Laser Dioda Merah dan LDRtelah dilakukan. Alat ukur ini terdiri dari 2 sistem, yaitu sistem optik dan sistem elektronik. Sistem optik yaitu berupa laser dioda merah, kuvet sebagai tempat sampel dan LDR sebagai sensor cahaya. Sedangkan sistem elektronik meliputi rangkaian ADC (Analog to Digital Converter), Mikrokontroler Arduino 328, dan LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). Sampel yang digunakan adalah aquades yang telah dikontaminasi tembaga (Cu) dengan variasi kadar tembaga (Cu): 1 ppm, 2 ppm, 3 ppm, dan 4 ppm. Hasil karakterisasi sensor LDR pada penelitian ini menunjukan fungsi transfer, y = 0.002x + 2.401 dan hubungan input outputnya yang sangat kuat dengan koefisien korelasi r = 0.950789; sensitivitas sensor sebesar 0.002 volt/lux; ripitabilitas 96.5%; dan saturasi pada nilai masukan intensitas cahaya > 550 lux. Keberhasilan implementasi alat deteksi pada air terkontaminasi Cu adalah 95%.
