World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that research results are applied to provide a safe nursing care for patients. This application is known as evidence- based practice. This research aims to determine the behavior of implementing nurses in the application of evidence-based practice. The research employs literature review which is carried out using the databases of PubMed and ScienceDirect. The keywords used are "Knowledge AND Attitude AND Practice AND Nurse AND Evidence-Based Practice". Articles are selected with the criteria namely the publication year is 2018-2023, it is written in English, it is regarding the behavior of implementing nurses in the application of evidence-based practice, and the research design is descriptive. Through literature search, ten articles that meet the inclusion criteria are obtained. Eight articles explain nurses' knowledge, attitudes, and actions; one article describes nurses' knowledge; and one article describes nurses' attitudes. Some of the implementing nurses have sufficient knowledge and all implementing nurses show a positive attitude. In addition, some implementing nurses indicate sufficient category of carrying out actions in the application of evidence-based practice. Implementing nurses require to actively apply evidence-based practice in providing professional mursing care, and participate in training activities, journal clubs, and research clubs which are related to evidence-based practice.
