Hubungan Lama Menjalani Terapi Hemodialisa dengan Kualitas Hidup Pasien Gagal Ginjal Kronik
Abstract
GGK (Chronic Kidney Failure) is indicated by the abnormality of kidney for more than three months, especially in its structure and role without the decrease in LFG (Glomerular Filtration Rate), and also the symptom of psychological abnormality, indicated by the problems of kidney such as the abnormality of imaging tests and the LPG fewer than 60 ml/mnt/1,73m². Hemodialysis is a process of the change in dissolved substance and the product of body residue, and it is done for the patient's whole life. The residue in a chronic kidney failure patient is excreted with the mechanism of semi-permeable membrane passive diffusion. Life quality is one's perception on his position in life. Since hemodialysis therapy is done for the whole life in a chronic kidney failure patient, it will influence his life quality. The research employs literature review method. The objective of the research is to find out the correlation between duration of having hemodialysis therapy of chronic kidney failure patients and their life quality. The database consists of Google Scholar and Garuda of the research results in the period of 2013-2023. The conclusion of the searching of assessment selection and keywords is 9 national journals. The conclusion of the 9 reviewed journals found 8 articles which shows that p-value < 0.05 which indicates that there is the correlation between the duration of having hemodialysis therapy in chronic kidney failure patients and their life quality. The remaining 1 article also states that there is the correlation between the duration of having hemodialysis therapy in chronic kidney failure patients and their life quality.
