Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Stres Kerja Perawat
Abstract
Work stress becomes the global issue which influences the welfare and the health of all professions, including nurses who have the risk of getting work stress. The objective of this literature review is to identify some influencing factors of nurses' work stress. The research employs literature review design. The data are gathered by using database of Garuda, Science-direct, and Taylor & Francis articles in the period of 2013-2023. The selection is processed by using PICOS format with inclusion criteria of national and international journals from database which is different and related to the title of literature review, the factors which influences nurses' work stress. There are 9 journals obtained from the selection of assessment and keywords; they consist of 2 national journals and 7 international journals. It is found that of the 9 journals reviewed, there are 13 factors of nurses' work stress consisting of work load, work shift, sex, age, education, work environment, interpersonal relation, length of service, resources, marital status, nutritional status, values and culture, and organization. It is recommended that nurses know the factors that influence their work stress so that they can avoid and handle the work stress and they are able to provide qualified services.
