dc.description.abstractAdolescence is the transitional period from a child to adult, indicated by physical, hormonal, biological, psychological, and social changes. Bio-psychosocial is a concept that involves interaction among biological, psychological, and social factors in an attempt to understand the process of a person's illness which conceives mind and body as a unit. The objective of the research is to identify the description of biological, psychological, and social aspects in the adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Sosa in the area of Ujung Batu, Padang Lawas Regency. The research employs descriptive design and data collection method. The samples are 60 adolescents at the age of 13 to 15 at SMP Negeri I Sosa, taken by using total sampling technique. The result of the research shows that 98.3% of the respondents are in the category of physically healthy, but 45% of the respondents have bad psychological aspect. It is recommended that adolescents pay attention to their psychological aspect in establishing self-identity so that their biological, psychological, and social aspects become positive and will have a good impact on them.en_US
