Persepsi Mahasiswa Tentang Perilaku Agresif di Fakultas Teknik dan pertanian Universitas Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Aggressive behavior occurs in the students nowadays is very apprehensive because there are conflicts among students from different faculties. The research aimas to find out the perception of students in the Faculties of Engineering and Agriculture regarding in the aggressive behavior among students inn Universitas Sumatera Utara. This quantitative descriptive. The total samples of 108 students selected using convenience sampling technique. The result indicates that students’ perception on the aggressive behavior in the Facultied of Mechanical Engineering 13 students (24,1%) are in the category positive, 41 students (75,9%) are in the category negative. Meanwhile, in the Faculty of Agriculture, 6 students (11,1%) fall in positive category and 48 students (88,9%) fall in the negative category. Students of Faculties of Mechanical Engineering and Agriculture have a negative perception about aggressive. The family and students is recommended to give more attention and supervison as well as control the activity of the students so they will not do negative behaviors.
