Kompetensi Perawat Pelaksana dan Kinerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit

Abstract

The primary requirement that nurses must meet in order to provide nursing interventions to patients and families is competence. A competent nurse affects how well professional nursing services are performed. This study aims to determine the competence and performance of nurses in providing nursing care to patients in the hospital. A literature search is carried out using the Google Scholar and Medline (Pubmed) databases (January 2018 January 2023). The keywords used in English are "Nursing Competency AND Nursing Performance". Meanwhile, in Indonesian are "Perawat Kompetensi dan Kinerja Perawat". The results of the analysis show that competent nurses can perform well in providing professional nursing care to patients and families in the hospital. Nurse competence is strongly related to the performance of nurses in the hospital.
