Analisis Struktural pada Lirik Lagu مولاي صلي البردة /Al-Burdah Maulaya Ṣalli/ Karya Imam Al-Bushiri yang Dinyanyikan oleh Mesut Kurtis

Abstract

This research discusses the structural elements in the lyrics of the song al-burdah maulaya ṣalli by Imam Al-Bushiri sung by Mesut Kurtis. The purpose of this study was to determine the structural elements in the lyrics of the song al-burdah maulaya ṣalli by Imam Al-Bushiri sung by Mesut Kurtis using the structural theory proposed by Badr's. The data collected used the listening method and note-taking techniques. This research is a library research and uses descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that there are rhythms as seen from the rhymes, divided into 3 types, namely, types of rhymes based on the correspondence of sounds in words or syllables (found full rhymes, absolute rhymes, half rhymes, allitration rhymes, assonance rhymes, dissonance rhyme, and rhyme sequences in song lyrics), types of rhymes based on the location of words in the sentence line (found middle rhyme and end rhymes in song lyrics), and types of rhymes based on the location of their partners in the verse (only free rhymes are found in song lyrics). The emotions of the soul, which consist of al-'awāṭifu asy-syakhṣiyatu /emotions related to oneself are found in the first, second, and fifth verses, then al-'awāṭifu al-alīmatu /painful emotions, found in the third and fifth verses. The imagination, which consists of al-khayyāl ibtikāri/ creative imagination, is found in the first verse, second verse and third verse. Al-khayyāl ta'līfi/ associative imagination, is found in the first verse, second verse, and third verse. The conclusion of this research is that rhythm, the emotion of the soul, and imagination are the building/structural elements in the lyrics of the song al-burdah maulaya ṣalli .
