Analisis Musikal dan Makna Tekstual Karya Kelompok Musik Sadakata ART

Abstract

This study discusses the musical analysis and textual meaning of the work of the Sadakata art music group. The research method used in this research problem uses qualitative analytical research methods. Data collected based on the results of field observations, interviews, literature studies, performance recording, transcription and laboratory work. To analyze the musical and textual meaning of Sadakata art, the author uses the theory proposed by Willliam P Malm.The results of this study show that song composition by the Sadakata art music group by examining the work of Sadakata art songs is a contribution to science, especially the science of music composition in a music group by combining ethnic elements with modern music. And the textual meaning contained in the song Sadakata art is an expression of the heart of or the true story of the songwriter of the work of the Sadakata art music group.
