Microbath Fluke Type 7102 functions in the process of calibrating thermometers that use liquid media. Liquid media in Microbath during the calibration process there is a value of temperature uniformity and stability. The uniformity and temperature stability values in Microbath are components that contribute to the measurement uncertainty (U95). A smaller U95 value indicates better calibration results. This factor motivated a study to analyze the uniformity and temperature stability of three different liquids i.e., water, methanol, and ethylene glycol. The uniformity testing method involved measuring 5 points, with the reference point in the middle and four other thermometers as comparators, while the stability testing method used a single reference point measurement. The values of uniformity and stability were linked to determine the measurement uncertainty using the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM) method. The analysis results revealed that methanol is more homogeneous than ethylene glycol and water, with values of 0.0855 ºC < 0.0942 ºC < 0.1030 ºC, respectively. Water is more stable than methanol and ethylene glycol, with stability values of 0.0021 ºC < 0.0027 ºC < 0.0028 ºC, respectively. Methanol achieved stability in approximately ± 35 minutes, while water reached stability in around ± 38 minutes, and ethylene glycol stabilized in ± 48 minutes. The relationship between uniformity and temperature stability is linear with respect to the measurement uncertainty (U95). The U95 values for methanol, ethylene glycol, and water were 0.11 ºC, 0.12 ºC, and 0.13 ºC, respectively.en_US
