dc.description.abstract | Educated unemployment is how many workers have a high school education and
above or someone who has a high school education level and above who is looking
for a job/preparing for a business/who is not looking for work because they feel
inadequate (not disabled). Based on research on educated unemployment factors (Y),
education level factors (X1), HDI factors (X2), and population factors (X3). So a
conclusion is reached ̂ . The
results show that these three variables have a significant effect on educated
unemployment in North Sumatra. The results of this study obtained that Fcount > Ftable
and it was concluded that H 0 was rejected, which stated a significant relationship
between the dependent variable and the independent variable, obtained also the
coefficient of determination of 0.5560. This means that 55.60% of educated
unemployment is influenced by three factors, namely the level of education, HDI,
population while the remaining 44.40% is influenced by other factors. And the
degree of relationship between independent variables with strongly bound. From the
distribution table t with dk = 29 and α = 0.005 obtained a table of 2.045 then
obtained t 1 = -1.167 < t table = 2.045 ,t 2 = 1.335 < t table = 2.045, t 3 = 2.524 > t
table =2.045 From these three coefficients we can see that only the Number of
Population (X3) has a significant influence on Educated Unemployment (Y), as has
been obtained tcalculate > ttable then H0 is rejected. While Education Level (X1) and HDI
(X2) do not have a significant effect on Educated Unemployed (Y), where tcount < ttable
thenH0 is accepted. This indicates that only Population (X3) affects Educated
Unemployment (Y). While Education Level (X1) and HDI (X2) do not greatly affect
Educated Unemployment (Y). | en_US |
