Pemodelan Indeks Kemahalan Konstruksi di Provinsi Sumatera Utara Menggunakan Regresi Robust

Abstract

A construction project is a series of activities related to efforts to construct a building within a certain time limit. In the implementation of construction projects, there is often a discrepancy between planning and realization in the field which results in an increase in implementation time and an increase in implementation costs, so that project completion is hampered. The purpose of this study is to analyze the modeling of the construction cost index in North Sumatra Province, using the Robus Regression method. The data used is secondary data obtained from the North Sumatra Central Statistics Agency (BPS) during the 2016-2021 period.
