dc.description.abstract | Online transportation is an internet-based transportation service in every transaction activity, starting from ordering, monitoring the route, paying and assessing the service itself. This study aims to determine the effect of service features and service quality on interest in using online transportation services. The sample was taken from a fraction of a percent of the population of students of the Faculty of FMIPA USU. To determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, it is carried out using multiple linear regression methods by conducting classical assumption tests and model feasibility tests. The results showed the t test of the independent variable (X1) thitung (4,423) > ttabel (1,986) and the independent variable (X2) thitung (7,522) > ttabel (1,986) it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, meaning that the independent variable partially has a significant effect on the dependent variable. The results of the F test regression model Fhitung (148.178) > Ftabel (3.09), then H0 is rejected, meaning that simultaneously the independent variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable. R2 test R-Square value of 0.761 or 76.1%, it can be concluded that the magnitude of the contribution of the independent variables together to the dependent variable is 76.1% while the remaining 23.9% is due to several factors not examined. The results partially and simultaneously show that there is a significant influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable. | en_US |
