Rancangan Inkubator Telur Otomatis Berbasis Arduino Uno
Abstract
On chicken farms, breeders usually use an incubator to incubate chicken eggs. In the incubator there is a lamp that is used to warm the eggs so that the eggs can hatch with good quality and only incandescent light. but in general in the process of hatching the eggs often occur some obstacles. A good temperature for embryo growth is around 36.5 – 38 °C. To reach this temperature so that the embryo can develop properly. To ensure the embryo gets the ideal temperature for normal development. Barriers experienced in hatching chicken eggs, namely the incubator only uses an incandescent lamp without any notification device that the chicken eggs have hatched or notification of the incandescent lamp turning off, there is no temperature detection in the incubator and a lack of serious attention in developing chicken egg livestock. So that an automatic egg incubator is assembled which is able to remove obstacles in the hatching process in the incubator. The egg incubator is equipped with an Arduino uno microcontroller, a DHT 22 sensor, an incandescent lamp and a servo motor to drive the rotation of the rack in the egg incubator.
