| dc.description.abstract | Hariarapohan Tourism Village is located in Harian District, Samosir Regency, which is a village that has rich natural and cultural potential. With its potential, many tourists come to visit and study the artistic culture, customs and daily life of the local community. Local communities participate in its management and development, by utilizing this potential it can improve the welfare of local communities. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of potential that Hariarapohan Tourism Village has, to determine the role of the community in developing the Village, and to determine the influence of the potential of the Tourism Village in improving the local community's economy. The research method was carried out by observing and interviewing. In addition, the author also obtained a library where data was obtained from books, articles and other library sources. The results of this study are the types of Hariarapohan Tourism Village potential that can be used as an alternative in improving the local community's economy. Local community participation is very much needed in the development and management of Tourism Villages for the progress and sustainability of the Village. The potential of the Hariarapohan Tourism Village is an important factor in creating jobs and improving the quality of life of local communities. | en_US |
